چکیده

Background: Apis cerana honey bee is a native to Asia that spreads from Afghanistan, China, and Japan Indonesia. The productivity of bees can produce as much 2-5 kg per colony in year. Royal jelly the queen's nourishment, it produced by larvae, adult bees, young worker male larvae. CBAVD contributes 1–2% 20–25% males with subfertility. Aim: objective this study was evaluate Jelly Cerana potential therapeutic candidate for using bioinformatics approach. Method: This research method consisted converting nucleotides into amino acids, analyzing three-dimensional structure Protein, Ramachandran Plot Analysis, Analysis Epitope Allergen Proteins, Proteins were antigens toxins. Results: results conducted on six protein structures had very good validity based plot, GQME value, QmeanDisCo value. In addition, also obtained proteins are epitope, antigenic, non-allergenic, non-toxic. Conclusion: findings be used basis therapy against CBAVD.

Proteomic Analysis of Apis cerana and Apis mellifera Larvae Fed with Heterospecific Royal Jelly and by CSBV Challenge

Chinese honeybee Apis cerana (Ac) is one of the major Asian honeybee species for local apiculture. However, Ac is frequently damaged by Chinese sacbrood virus (CSBV), whereas Apis mellifera (Am) is usually resistant to it. Heterospecific royal jelly (RJ) breeding in two honeybee species may result in morphological and genetic modification. Nevertheless, knowledge on the resistant mechanism of A...

Isolation and characterization of major royal jelly cDNAs and proteins of the honey bee (Apis cerana).

An expressed sequence tag (EST) library was established from the hypopharyngeal glands of Apis cerana. Sixty-six recombinant clones, possessing inserts > 500 bp, were randomly selected and unidirectional sequenced. Forty-two of these (63.6%) were identified as homologues of Major Royal Jelly Proteins families 1, 2, 3, and 4 of A. mellifera (AmMRJP) for which MRJP1 was the most abundant family. ...

the effectiveness of strategy-based instruction in teaching english as a second or foreign language: a meta-analysis of experimental studies

a large number of single research studies on the effects of strategy-based instruction (sbi) in teaching english as a foreign or second language has been conducted so far. however, the lack of a comprehensive meta-analysis targeting the effectiveness of english language sbi is observed. moreover, the findings of experimental studies regarding the context of the english language, proficiency lev...

Transcriptome Analysis of the Asian Honey Bee Apis cerana cerana

BACKGROUND The Eastern hive honey bee, Apis cerana cerana is a native and widely bred honey bee species in China. Molecular biology research about this honey bee species is scarce, and genomic information for A. c. cerana is not currently available. Transcriptome and expression profiling data for this species are therefore important resources needed to better understand the biological mechanism...

Study of the obp5 gene in Apis mellifera ligustica and Apis cerana cerana.

Apis mellifera ligustica and A. cerana cerana exhibit differences in olfactory sensitivity to odors from nectariferous plants and diseased broods. It is presumed that the differences in odorant-binding proteins (OBPs) between these 2 species contribute to their olfactory sensitivity. We compared the sequences, temporal expression pattern, and binding properties of the 2 OBP-encoding genes. We c...
